Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo has issued a subpoena for Jacob Zuma to appear before the State Capture Enquire on 16 November 2020. This comes after Zuma refused to appear, accusing the Deputy Chief Justice of being biased towards him and calling for Zondo’s recusal as the chairman of the commission.
