The Constitutional Court has handed down a scathing judgement this morning, harshly criticizing Mxolisi Nxasana’s R17,3million golden handshake and setting aside Shaun Abrahams’ appointment as head of the National Prosecuting Authority. President Ramaphosa has been given 90 days to appoint a new NDPP and hopefully restore some credibility to the NPA.
