On 12 November 2018 the Pretoria High Court decided that Joost van der Westhuizen’s 2015 will must be accepted as his last will and testament. Amor Vittone brought an application for leave to appeal this decision in an attempt to have the 2015 will set aside. Amor’s application was dismissed, with costs, by die Pretoria High Court. Ulrich Roux acts on behalf of the van der Westhuizen family.
