In a completely bizarre and unbelievable case, the Health Dept had to approach the SA High Court on an urgent basis to force a family who had tested positive for the COVID-19 Virus to be placed in quarantine, after they refused to willingly do so, thus blatantly placing other people’s lives in danger.
