There is currently a backlog of approximately 90 000 driver’s license cards as a result of a strike by DLCA, a state entity who manufactures the cards. Ulrich Roux, whilst being interviewed on 702 Talk Radio, advises what people should do if they are unlawfully issued with a fine as a result of not being in possession of a valid driver’s license.
