Former president Jacob Zuma has laid criminal charges against the NPA’s Billy Downer.
Legal expert, Ulrich Roux says that this could simply be a ploy to delay the corruption trial which has been in the making for the last 16 years.
Zuma is accusing Downer of leaking his medical records.
